Lord Mayor Quinn Putnam
Once simply an employer to our heroic adventurers, Quinn now likes to consider herself a close friend of theirs. A kind and warm person as she is hard to come by these days, especially one as able-bodied as Quinn. Ringwe'Eska to moving towards a prosperous future with her at the wheel, but she is still young and still has much to learn.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
At first glance, Quinn is small and slight, as if she would easily be swept away in a crowd. Along with her size, she wears her hair in front of her face, which makes her appear timid and reserved. However, beneath her cozy clothes are some powerful muscles that could kill a man with one punch (it's happened before).
Most notably, she is missing her left forearm.
Special abilities
As a Sun Soul monk, Quinn has harnessed the power to channel arcana physically rather than magically.
Apparel & Accessories
She wears clothing easy to move in, which is topped by a cloak that is emblazoned with a symbol of the sun. She did wear a signet ring that displayed her status, but she has allowed Farryn Darona to keep it.

Personal history
Quinn was raised, trained, and educated by a monastery in Keryn. She does not remember much about her parents, only that they were good. And so were her mentors. She was surrounded by good people, making it easy for her to trust others and may be the cause for her naivety.
At some point she befriended Gale, a brutish dwarf unlike anyone Quinn had ever met. The two became very close, benefitting from the other's opposing personality to their own.
Soon after the death of her closest mentor, Quinn was selected by the Elven Council in Keryn to become the new lord mayor of Ringwe'Eska. She had some training in politics, but the reasoning for her transfer makes little sense to her. She speculates they may want to keep her from looking into her mentor's death, but that is only conjecture.
Once in Ringwe'Eska, she was immediately met with hatred, for the previous lord mayor was beloved and the citizens believed a member of their community was far more suited to take her place. She was soon driven out of the city when werewolves destroyed the city's fields and killed many of their farmers. She stayed beneath the city, carefully planning the reconstruction of the city and protecting its neutral party citizens until the anarchists were defeated.
The city was taken back by its citizens and Quinn's associates while Quinn was away at Houndbreach, attempting to plead it's leaders to help her rebuild her city. While there, she was arrested for her use of Burning Hands, which then led to her being trafficked to the Black Wing's mage prison. There, she was tested and tortured, and her left arm was sawed off. Still she encouraged the other mages to stay strong and attempt to make their escape in any way they could.
When her associates came for her and the other mages, Quinn was taken back to Ringwe'Eska to be treated and returned to her rightful place as lord mayor of the city.

Quinn was educated in the ways of personal defense, the defense of others, as well as political intrigue in a monastery of Keryn. It is unaffiliated with any particular god and connected to the University of Keryn.
Mental Trauma
After being arrested, kidnapped, and tortured by Aviontorin, Quinn has a difficult time sleeping and a phantom arm still haunts the place it once was. She also cannot look Dyorin in the face, though she does not mind when he addresses her.
