Tel'Quessir Istama
Being enrolled in the University of Tel'Quessir is the highest honor that a learned student could receive. Occupied by mostly High Elves from the nearby city of Keryn and only the most intelligent of other races, this University is held in high esteem by the people of Fafniran. Students are taught all sorts of subjects, from war strategies to wild sorcery to even the most advanced knowledge about literary research or mathematics.
Within the University is the greatest collection of knowledge arguably in the world, second only to the libraries that are located in Paathrox. This knowledge is open to most who visit the school, but there are still many things that only the students and professors have access to which is why it is so cutthroat to actually be accepted.
