Warreg'morian

Warreg’morian and Fafniran are free states, originally controlled by Orcs, Goliaths, Drow, and Kobolds. HIgh Elves and Dwarves forced back most other savage tribes and took control of the region 100s of years ago. Now the 2 free states are governed by Paathrox and High Elf representatives in Hylama and Keryn.

Structure

The High Elf Council in Hylama controls the state, appointed by leaders in the country of Paathrox. Representatives from the large cities of the country join with the Council in order to give their people a voice.
