Rookhelm and Gravenfall Expansion

Construction beginning/end

The Rookhelm storm defences isolate the island and make it habitable. Alsian population starts moving in almost immediately. Gravenfall, an important military camp opens its gates and become the new Gravenfall district. A series of fortresses and water defences are built in less than 2 years around both islands and the valleys are drained.
