Humans

Humans, or Natural Citizens, make up the bulk of the Imperial Citizenry, and for want of a better word are considered the 'normal' within the Empire. Humans are found within all positions, and all stratas of society, and while they are not subject to many of the difficulties faced by Unnaturals, they are still victims of the oppressive class-structure that exists within the Empire.
