Nera Marel is one member of the Marel Twins Crime Duo, with her brother
Rom being the other member.
They are wanted by the
Galactic Coalition Coalition Law Enforcement , especially on
Athea, but there is not enough evidence to arrest them for a crime that would get them put away for life.

Physiological Description
Nera is a strongly built woman, standing at five feet ten inches tall with a triangular muscular body shape. She has pale olive skin, possibly due to her upbringing and work in the lower levels of Athea. She has short brown hair which she often keeps pinned back. She has a square face and strong features with light brown eyes.
She has had lots of
cybernetics and bionic enhancements, some legal but most not, including replacement cybernetic arms. Her enhancements include hidden compartments and hidden weapons, notably the guns hidden in each of her cybernetic arms.

Personal History
Nera was born in the lower districts of Athea to a working-class family. She has a twin brother Rom, who is also her partner in crime.
She got into underground fighting with her brother when they were teens and this was also around the same time that she and her brother started getting in trouble for various things including fighting, threats, and intimidation. When she and her brother were a little older they started to work as muscle for hire and eventually began working as hitmen.
Nera is more strategic than her brother, taking advantage of speed and agility to beat bigger opponents. She also tends to use more weapons.
Education
Nera went to public Athean schools in the lower districts. She never pursued higher education after finishing secondary school.
Employment
Nera tends to work as muscle for hire as well as dabbling in bounty hunting and being a hitman, often doing more of the latter two than her brother. She has been to prison a few times, less than her brother, and often gets off for good behavior or lack of evidence as well as receiving help from corrupt officials or friends in high places.
Personality Characteristics
Nera Marel is a smart and strategic woman who used her athletic abilities and mind to get her job done. She is more strategic and crafty and has a bit of a temper but she has better control of it than her brother. She prefers the bounty hunter and hitman work over the bodyguard work due to it making her use her mind rather than just her hands.
