Slo-Mo

Slo-Mo is a mind altering drug that allows a user to quiet literally slow down time around them. It is harvested specifically off of the complex clouds that only form around certain gas giants. Because of its highly complicated collection method, it is mostly created in places where it is legal, and then illegal smuggled to the rest of the galaxy. Large cartels and gangs makes a good amount of profit, harvesting and distributing Slo-Mo throughout not only the Mid Rim but also the Core Systems and the Outer Rim and beyond.
Its rumored that other groups in the Terminus Systems have also begunto manufacture the drug and distribute it. The spillover caused by this violence has spilled into Pacifica and even the Panem Region. It has caused Imperial authorities to authorize counter-drug strikes on planets in the Mid Rim.
