Appointment
After death or resignation of the previous monarch the next ruler is chosen from the royal family by the parliament. Then a coronation takes place.

Leading the government and representing the Empire internationally.

Creating legislation proposals, meeting with foreign heads of governments, leading the parliament in session

By 80% vote from the Assembly and 75% votes from the Senate
