Governorate of Cymbar

The former kingdom and current governorate of Cymbar was the first to fall under Exodite rule. Today ruled by a governor appointed by the Minister of Fin-Allan, Cymbar is the Khelish region most influenced by elven rule. The capital of the former kingdom has been moved to the elven metropolis of Fin-Allan, and Cymbar has the largest permanent elven population in the Khelish lands.
