Elicia

Lady Elicia was part of the questing party that was sent north at the time of the Frost War. At the time, she was a fairly inexperienced apprentice Etheric, under the authority of Master Imocran in Al-Miniath. She also served as the record-keeper for the party.
When quest was completed, after Imocran's death, she returned to Al-Miniath as a much more powerful Etheric. When the Lunari departed from the Greenwood, Lady Elicia was given charge of the tower.
