Kulurva
Kulurva's father Kellervo was one of the more famous exiles from Aishelon who passed through the Gates of Auvorene in 2219 SR. Kellervo fought under Lord Liedenkainen and served as his personal shieldman. Though the exiled tribes from Aishelon clustered near the gate of Toblack, in time they began to spread out in this new land (eastern Wessa). Kellervo explored with his master, helping to open up trade between the Aisheloni and the Etelians horsemen that lived south of the Empire Mountains and east of Shadowood.
When the Rakkian forces of Lord Urukaan took control of the fortress of Toblack in the year 2330 SR, some insinuated that Kulervo actually conspired with Urukaan. Whether this was the case or not, what is certain is that after Lord Liedenkainen was killed by Urukaan in single combat in 2231 SR, Lord Kellervo inherited his master's Great Sword, Atressa. His son, Kulurva (named in his father's honor), was born in 2240 SR.
As a young man, Kullurva had a restless spirit. Being a expert horseman, he often visited Etelian lands and considered the land of the horseclans to be his second home. Escaping from the accusation of murder in Karsha, he fled to Etelia, where he chose a wife from among a local warlord's daughters. He was well-loved among the Etelians for his prowess in battle, and by careful manipulation of influential people, he became a leader among his adopted people. Those Etelians who followed Kulurva came to be known as "Lurvites." In 2306 SR (at the age of 66), Kulurva led united Etelian forces to conquer Karsha. .This was his last succesful military campaign.
By the time Kulurva died an old man in 2320 SR, at the age of 80, in a failed attempt of take control of the Duergun Fortress of Iskylgang. By that time, Karshan lands were firmly under the control of the Lurvites.
