Chloe

A vampire and member of the Oakland's Anarch Cell. in the 80's and 90's she lived in Seattle with Eidard MacEanraig, but after the Camarilla cracked down on the Anarchs in early '94 she traveled down to San Francisco with Eidard MacEanraig. The two have chosen different territories to operate out of, but they stay in touch and look out for each other against Camarilla and Sabbat alike.
