Ted Conklin
A vampire from clan Brujah and currently the Sabbat prince of Portland. He corrupted the Anarchs of Seattle from within, using its members to help him take over all of Portland in the winter of '94. As the first Sabbat outpost on the west coast, Ted is currently conspiring with the Sabbat in New York City and beyond to spread more death and destruction throughout kindred society.
