Agent Foster (a.k.a. Foster)

Officially an active Leray investigator unit, Foster is usually not in many places for long durations. Recently stationed in Blue Port Town for a usual surveillance check, Foster got to bear witness to one of the most unusual eye soars he has ever seen. With a new investigation now driving him, Foster’s ugly side begins to show to many of those surrounding him. He isn’t interested in emotion, and makes absolutely no exceptions to law breakers, not even a slight deviation to official protocol in his job. This often makes him uncharismatic and scary when directly speaking to others. But Agent Foster is only interested in results.
