Procom News
The national news organization covering all of Sprawn Valley’s major or historical events since the invention of camera and video technology in 1889. ProCom news has survived as the primary news source for all Sprawn Valley residence for a number of reasons, such as obtaining the legal permission by the early provisional government to monopolize over other news stations, and by remaining objective in the eyes of the citizens. Maintenance of this objectivity is overseen by a small department of the mage council, enabling citizens to take corrective actions against the network of dishonesty is discovered.

Technological Level
Started with the camera/microphone and printing press materials, but eventually transformed to a more digital state using wireless broadcasting networks, satellite transmission, radio and television, and of course electricity.
Foreign Relations
Several policies are drafted and tested each year to expand the network's coverage to other areas of the world who don't have Leray magic to increase ratings and to attract many more to Sprawn Valley.
