Weapon: Long Sword

Long swords weigh more than short swords, but offer better damage infliction through physical slashing damage against opponets. Their reach is greater, which gives that wielder an advantage agianst another wielder using only a short sword. Long sabers come in various forms and designs, including the katana. Many of these sabers are imported from Japan's warrior clans.

Significance

Long swords can also be infused with elemental energy while dealing more damage. What more, they can technically be dual-wielded if the wielder can handle the extra weight and difference in tactics.
