Chaos Kings
The Chaos Kings run the city of St. Dismas. Kingpin, Jeff Hurley, has spent most of his life in organized crime and is now running his own syndicate. He has his hands in all aspects of his city. The Kings need more people, though. A new crew is trying to cause problems and he just got the information he needs to be set for life. Combating this new crew while feeling out the new members of his team and trying to break into one of the most secure buildings in St. Dismas might just prove to be too much.
The Chaos Kings' B-team is also causing more problems for him than they are solving.

History
Jeff hadn't been raised in a crime family, but he's somehow amassed one of his own. He started out with just himself and Charlie leaving destruction in their wake on the way to St. Dismas, a city with a reputation. He figured the easiest way to get started was in a city where most of the cops were already corrupt and crime was always happening. They started small. Just holding up corner stores and gas stations. They actually expanded because of a mistake. At one gas station, Jeff accidentally blew up the whole building. It gave them a reputation that they had to keep up for fear of others coming after them. This was when B-team was first formed.
Other than B-team, they didn't have a core crew. Just people they trusted enough to maintain hold over the areas they owned in the city. But for big jobs, it was just Jeff and Charlie. This worked for a long time, but then the job to end all jobs fell into their laps and they finally had to get a proper crew if they want to succeed.
