The Boonies
The crew say they're taking a trip to the boonies whenever they need a large vehicle. This is where they store the helicopter they have, as well as the one plane they technically own. Any other air vehicles they just...borrow.
And specialization vehicles are kept here. Four wheelers, a fully armored SUV, a police car, and for some reason a dump truck.
Architecture
The buildings on the land are pretty dilapidated and not meant for long term habitation. The largest structure is the hangar Jeff had made to hide their small jet they own.
