Jonathan Archer

President

Jonathan Archer is one of the most pivitol figures in the history of both Humanity and the United Federation of Planets. During his lifetime, he would be a test-pilot, starship captain, commodore and President.
In , Archer took command of the Enterprise NX-01, Humanity's first exploratory vessel capable of warp 5. With these engines, Enterprise would be the first Human ship to travel beyond charted territory.
Archer would live to see the launch of the USS Enterprise NCC-1701. During the launch ceremony, he and other surviving members of his crew from the NX-01 would congratulate Enterpise's first captain, Robert April and give a stirring speech regarding what lay ahead of him and his ship. Shortly after, he would die peacefully in his sleep back in his New York home.
