Elisabeth Shelby

Fleet Admiral

Following the war with the Selelvians, Shelby was promoted to Admiral and was placed in command of Space Station Bravo following the retirement of the station's previous commander, Admiral Frank Kittinger.
Shelby and Captain Chalhoun would marry in 2385, and would have both a son and daugter togehte
Fleet Admiral Shelby was given the inital command for the newly constructed USS Enterprise NCC 1701-F and was to demonstrate the ship's capabilities in Earth's orbit during Frontier Day of 2401. However, disaster and tragedy would strike that day. As Shelby bgan to have the fleet demonstrate the new fleet formation technology, the USS Titan-A, considered to have gone renegade under it's captain Liam Shaw and Admiral Jean-Luc Picard, warped into the system and hailed the Enterprise, with Picard desparately attempting to warn Shelby of a Borg plot that was to strike immently. Unfortunately, the Titan had arrived too late, with the Borg promptly hijacking the systems of all Starfleet ships and activiating the assimilation virus across it's ranks. Shelby watched as the younger members of her crew were assimilated before her eyes and was shot twice by two security officers before she could do anything.
Eventually, command of the Enterprise-F would be passed on to Captain Alexander Munro.
Shelby is one of Starfleet's most recognised and highly decorated officers, recieving the Christopher Pike Medal of Valor for her service in 2390. Her name has since been added to theStarfleet memorial in San Fransisco.
