Glovoc

Darth Glovoc was a male humanoid Sith Lord who served Darth Revan during the Jedi Civil War. In the final years of the conflict, Glovoc led several highly successful campaigns against the Galactic Republic. Although considered a brilliant commander, he was also believed to be somewhat insane, spending the majority of his free time in deep meditation and taking on the self-proclaimed title of Lord of the Mind's Eye. Glovoc vanished before the end of the war, following a vision that he believed would lead him to great power.
Glovoc was a master of deep meditation, an unusual specialty for a Sith lord. Glovoc's powers allowed him to see both the far past and the far future with surprising clarity, but these visions were widely believed to have caused his instability.
It has recently been discovered that Glovoc and his followers crash landed on the remote planet of Nyriaan.  Descendants of the survivors live there to this day.
