Gilliana Republic Council
Local government for the Gilliana System in the Cadriaan Province of the Tapani Imperium. They were going to do this entirely without Vor at all, but had to admit that Vor pay more taxes per capita and per acre than do non-Vor citizens, and create jobs that otherwise wouldn’t exist, and are more likely to fund nontrendy charities.
