He couldn't quite pass the trials, so he was sent to the AgriCorps arm of the Jedi Order. He started experimenting with synthetic crystals in a lightsaber, brushing aside any suggestions that this had historically proven a very face-exploding idea, and eventually arranged some self-promotions to the level he thought he ought to have. He was being brought back to an entirely different sort of trial, the sort that leads to getting bounced out of the order if one doesn't brain up, when the Order 66 hit the fan.

Apparently, he's a parasol-carrying, fashion-busting pirate boss nowadays with the Straw Hat Gang. His nom de pirate is "Buddy".

Also, he was probably the source of evil in my waking nightmares.

Fortunately, Danar, Yeager, and Eleni kicked his ass and his team's asses.

Creepier than a mistuned waterphone, Buddy is not mentally ill in any way top-notch medical experts can measure. Nossk Terec is perfectly aware of and in tune with reality. He simply dislikes it enough to substitute his own. It disappoints him.
