EV-8D3

EV-8D3 was the visible figure head at the top of the New Droid's Rights Movement.  He was a sadistic droid, compelled by his MDF motivator to cause suffering and distress in others, be they droid sentient.  Under the guise of freedom for all droids, he figured he could be at the head of a blood thirsty revolution.  The resulting opportunities to cause widespread pain, both directly and indirectly, could be immense.
