Dawn Chuigo is a curious sort, always looking to acquire new information, and creating all sorts of gadgets and widgets. From birth she's always had the ability to process information quickly, and as such just...churns through books like they're nothing. It literally takes her longer to flip pages than to read them.
Unfortunately she's also...very frail. Her leg muscles aren't very strong, and she struggles to walk without assistance. Thus, she's often seen in a wheelchair, or the exo armor she made for herself. She can't really go on adventures with her friends, so they'll often bring back materials for her to tinker with, and in return she provides them with various tools.
Charchar Flare is very good friends with her, and often helps out gathering materials and doing some of the physical work constructing her tech. Alicia Neidoc is also friends with her, and helps with the programming.
Dawn is kind of a serious soul, very straight-to-business, and doesn't emote much. Monotone voice and all. But don't let that intimidate you, she's a kind person.
