Half-Dragon

The Half-Dragon is a variant of standard Starlon Anthro that has the ability to transform into a dragon and back. In addition, a Half-Dragon will be born with the ability to control fire, ice, lightning, or all three, depending on their variant. There are four varieties of Half-Dragon, and which variety an individual is depends on the variety their parents are. Only one parent needs to be a Half-Dragon, and the powers granted from being a Half-Dragon do not diminish over the generations. Red Half-Dragon have fire powers, and can have red, orange, salmon, or brown scales. Yellow Half-Dragon have electric powers, and can have yellow, green-teal, or lavender scales. Blue Half-Dragon have ice powers, and can have light blue, dark blue, or violet scales. Silver Half-Dragon are a very rare variety of Half-Dragon that has fire, electric, and ice powers. Their scales can be either copper, silver, or gold. It is said that Drocas, the supposed ancestor of Half-Dragons, was a Silver Half-Dragon. Half Dragons exist all over Starlo, and typically attempt to integrate themselves into whatever society they find themselves in. Unfortunately, their draconic prowess can lead to some viewing them as a threat. As a result, many Half-Dragons will either hide their powers or strike it out on their own or with other Half-Dragons, forming small enclaves away from more populous settlements.
