Winter Waters
Winter Waters is a frozen wonderland on Stellara Island to the north of Oceanbreeze Beach that appears to be in perpetual winter, hence the first part of its name. There's a lake that's normally frozen over by the name of Winter Lake, which is where the second part of Winter Waters' name comes from. Winter Waters is subject to frequent blizzards, so warm clothing is advised.
There is a castle made entirely out of ice somewhere in Winter Waters by the name of Winter Palace, but due to frequent blizzards it's hard to find. It is said that someone lives there who will take care of lost travelers. At least, that's what the lost travelers have said when they came back.
