Muddy, Charchar, and Bluey tour the Stellara Hero Programme Building and meet a young man named Shrai

Once Muddy and Bluey are no longer grounded, they and Charchar decide to tour the Stellara Hero Programme Building and familiarize themselves with the layout. Once there, they find that several other new attendees had the same idea, including a newcomer by the name of Shrai. Shrai is new in town, and is thus not familiar with the people or Stellara City as a whole. Muddy and friends offer to help him change that, so he tags along with them as they begin touring around.
