History
Admiral Pelham "Executioner" Driscoll was a dreaded admiral in the Navy of Edrien. When the independent kingdoms of Edrien formed a Naval Alliance, Driscoll was chosen as someone who could root out the privateers affecting trade in the area and was equipped with a crew and division dedicated for just that purpose. After years of cleaning up the filth in the northern seas, Edrien turned it's attention south towards Audrath. It is unknown what happened to the Admiral and his crew there, but some key event caused him to go rogue and found his own pirate crew.
