Tauren

An all encompassing term used to refer to many half humanoid, half animal species. While the most common of these folk are the easily recognizable centaurs, they are by no means the only people that follow a similar body plan. While there are a number of sentient species on Stolaria that display animistic features, Taurens are marked by bodies with a clear delineation between humanoid and beast, though they have also been known to display horns, antlers and a few other bestials features on their upper body. Scholars and researches are certain thier must be a common thread to the scattered Tauren people, though each group is proud of their unqiue culutre and understanding of themselves.
