Elcitaur

Neither the largest nor the smallest of the many Tauren subspecies across Stolaria, Elcitaur's are mostly found in the sparse grassy plains the from the Thousand Tier Steppes to the Grass Sea of Numeria. Tribes almost exclusively derive their existence from the sheparding and maintenance of large Steelskull Baloth herds.
Elctaurs usually fall into smaller family groups that belong to one of three distinct tribes, that exist outside or in complete spite of national boards. OEC has met with a group of Elcitaurs belonging to the Highwind Tribe, who paid them to exterminate a cave of Steppe Stalkpaw.
