Metros
An ecumenopolis which upon further inspection seems to have never been inhabited before the current inhabitants of course. The only people who could have built this kind of project would be the Archotechs however why build such a massive project to never inhabit it. Many theories bounce around, with the most prominent being that they must have left or been wiped out before they finished or were able to inhabit it. As of now, the planet serves as the capital world for the Independent Sectors of Metros. The current population barely goes over a million however, not even a fraction of a percent of what this city can contain. The planet is divided between 16 sectors, with all of its working, citizen population being housed within just one of these sectors, known as Sector 1
Geography
Large slabs of cities with all sorts of different industrial machinery underneath, separated by huge trenches, neatly sectioning off different sectors of the planet. The Equatorial Trench is the largest trench and wraps around the equatorial line around the planet, like it was cut in half. The minor trenches separate the sectors to the right and left of them, although a 1/3 of the width, they are still immensely massive.
Ecosystem
Although no life inhabits the area, excluding the people who live here and the plants, animals, and microorganisms they bring, the environment is very stable with numerous machines constantly scanning and adjusting so as to make the planet comfortably habitable
Localized Phenomena
The weather is held constant with very minor deviations in temperature causing small winds that weave between the sky scrapers and turn wind turbines for free green power
