Thalia Parel

History

After Marienne and Ileus Singleir's arrival in Kernil in pursuit of Mibnuc Mayweather, Thalia reached out to her old friend to catch up. After a few hours of artistic vandalism, Thalia agreed to keep an eye out for Mayweather and The Man in White, and agreed to show Marienne and her companions several of the factory's in Kernil's middle ring.

Mental characteristics

Personal history

Thalia was raised in the northern darklands by mercantile parents, who traded frequently with the nobility of the Kingdom of Kessin. The darkland entrance to the north of Frigus, enabled the drow and her family to interact relatively peacefully with the humans and dwarves that primarily inhabited the town, going as far as purchasing a home and establishing relations in the settlement.   This unusual freedom allowed Thalia to be brought up around surface dwellers, and she eventually met and befriend a young Marienne Limnus. Thalia learned a great deal about human culture from Marienne, and in turn taught her much about her own culture—including the traditionally secretive sign language used by her people.

Education

Thalia Parel received a formal education from The Zarzua College of the Bardic and Performing Arts. Though she proved a terrible student, she showed herself to be a gifted visual artist, honing her skills during her time at the school and continuing after her departure.

Employment

Thalia spends most of her days at The Brazen Boar, where she drinks, plans odd jobs, and contemplates new artistic projects of questionable legality. Though her means of income and hobbies are considered criminal behavior, she typically avoids any major crimes that would draw attention to herself.
