Thalia's Crew is a group of underground activists based in Kernil.
Public Agenda
Thalia's Crew often demonstrates social inequalities between the classes of Kernil (and the broader Kingdom of Kessin) through street art and vandalism. Though seen by the city guards as a minor nuisance, they are surprisingly adept at connecting with the Kernil's underground factions and can move through the city's rigid structure with relative ease.
Assets
Though not financially a wealthy group, Thalia's Crew has been shown to have access to exotic supplies (such as dragon's blood paints, and animated brushes) that make their work easier.
