The Painted Fleet

The Painted fleet is a pirate fleet operating in the Aes Empire under the direction of Captain Emma Clive.

Assets

The fleet has a vast underground assets and contacts, particularly in Last Haven, and are capable of keeping their ships well armed and provisioned. The fleet currently consists of nineteen ships of varying style and in various locations, giving the fleet a substantial network throughout neighboring cities.
