Se'ir is the fourth son of an almost insignificant house in the Ãkthun nobility. Desperate for power and attention, he made a pact with Asmodeus. He has served Lîfidîth faithfully as a military commander and was tasked with the conquest of the eastern coast of Mare Orientalem (Riyûghâth Huye in the Ãkthun language). He successfully captured the Principality of Sabvath and is in the process of conquering the Republic of Zhækhtu.
