An unknown group of assailants make an airborne assault against Vvathaf, especially the Pes District. They are driven off and their motives and goals are unclear.

An unknown group of evil mages attacked Vvathaf, especially falling on the Pes District. They attacked from an airship, in the company of wyvern-like creatures. They appeared to be commanded by an extremely powerful creature capable of wielding lighting in ways hitherto unknown.   At length, the assailants were driven back, in large part by the Azhur Gryhpons. Their identity and goals were never established. Their attack left the city heavily damaged, especially the Pes District, which was almost entirely destroyed.
