Jenny Riddle (a.k.a. Jen, Riddly)
Jenny Riddle is a middle-aged Half-Elf who grew up in the small farming settlement of Gladlodge. Her love of ancient lore and stories led her to become a scholar. Her love for stories, both new and old, led her to become a travelling Bard, and she is well known for being able to captivate people with tales of ancient histories.

Personal history
Born in the farming settlement of Gladlodge, Jenny was always fascinated by the tales her grandfather, a retired Adventurer, would tell her about his exploits and battles. The man fostered this fascination as best he could, spending large amounts of money on books about legends and ancient history for his grand-daughter.
When he passed away, he left Jenny a letter of introduction to an old friend in Havenport, having always told her that she should visit once she was old enough. On her sixteenth birthday, Jenny set off for the city, arriving several weeks later and marvelling at the size and number of people. It did not take long for someone to try scamming her, but she quickly realized their ploy, reporting them to the Havenport Guard as soon as she could.
Jenny spent several months working and performing at various Inns and Taverns around Havenport with the intention of gaining some money and learning new things, before finally joining the Havenport Adventurers Guild after she was repeatedly refused entry into the library of Huppledruff's Arcane University.
Employment
Jenny is a self taught Scholar and Bard, having picked up the majority of her knowledge on the road and from research in the less visited parts of libraries.
Currently, she is working as a Free Adventurer, an Adventurer that joins other parties for single jobs, at the Havenport Adventurers Guild. She also performs and tells stories at various Taverns and Inns throughout Havenport, though is particularly popular at The Violet Branch.

Jenny believes in the power of words and stories to inspire, educate and unite people. She is generally amiable, but will fiercely defend the truth and the protection of historical artifacts.

Needlessly lying or recounting false information. Destroying ancient artifacts without very good reason.
