Bin-Havalineth (a.k.a. Benevolence)

Benevolence, born Bin-Havalineth, is a female tiefling who is the current mayor of Sagegrass.  She is a light blue-skinned tiefling with oribi horns who is slightly heavyset and often wears glasses.  She has a sharp intellect which allowed her to not just garner the vote of the city's population but also to plan and manage Sagegrass's industry and growth.  
Prior to mayorship, she studied pyromancy and traveled in the Firefields and Mont Caesyn to teach tiefling farmers how to ward off wildfires.
