Cemaralian

Cemaralian is the chief of Yaranie of the Five Covens.  He is a middle-aged elf known for his Lochian and Moethean tendencies and leanings, despite his village's distinctiveness and his peoples' protective patrol.  The farming residents of Loch Stristhe's southwestern shore, despite not being under his rule or jurusdiction, consider him to be their chief, and they look to him for wisdom and protection to some extent, as the residents there are of mixed blood and identify as Morian, although not included in the Mori Nation and not living in a Morian settlement.
