Mori Nation
The Mori Nation, officially known as the Morian Elf Confederation of Independent Settlements, is the collective cooperation and communication among the Morian elf settlements of west Moethe, including Bithryal, Poniarc, and the Five Covens: Crybia, Tryps, Esialan, Yaranie, and Felias. The seven settlements, all ruled by chiefs, with Bithryal's chief serving as a head chief, are independently ruled and governed, but have created the Mori Nation to band together if needed, to protect themselves and their self rule, primarily from human infringement of territory and Lochian attempts at conversion. There is also the concern about self rule in terms of orcish overrule, but that is a lesser threat to them, as the orc monarchy has granted the settlements official status as villages and towns, although their mayors choose not to, or essentially do not, cooperate with other cities and towns at the hwell and continental level.
