Commander Tillerick Twill (a.k.a. Tiller)

Colonel Tillerick "Tiller" Twill is the current commander of Tockotch Hwell, overseeing Fort Pitch. His main concern is the governing of the tieflings and mitigating rebellions of the Ritzkya and maintaining order on Tockotch Hwell. He is also a proponent of the further development of the Swamp Towns, and improving infrastructure of the roads to Sagegrass through the Firefields. He is respected by his troops for his cool-headedness and reason, and his ability to respond under pressure and hold firm yet peaceably with the Ritzkya.
He is a native of Sagegrass and son to human merchants who helped establish the market there.
