League of Orcli

The League of Orcli, or the Orclian League, is the legislative branch of the government of Orcli, alongside the judicial branch (King Kruvh and the orcish monarchy) and executive branch (Classe of Orcli, the navy/military).
The League of Orcli includes the Senate, and is the government of Orcli, also known as the Twells of Orcli, Hwells of Orcli, or Pamona, its ancient name.
The League of Orcli is a state-level federation of islands, dedicated to self-rule, cooperation, peace, and submissivity to orcish overrule.  The symbol is a map of Orcli in red with a blue background.

Structure

Each Twell has a representative and a governor, which are elected and then approved by the League.  Each Twell also has an appointed commander, who serve in the Senate as well.  Finally, there are 12 race representatives, representing the 6 races of Orcli: humans, elves, dwarves, halflings, gnomes, and tieflings.  This makes a total of 48 senators in the Senate/League of Orcli.
