Coordinator

The Coordinator is the top position of the Faerie Runners organization, who oversees the Managers beneath them, who in turn manage individual jobs, vessels, Shippers, and Runners.  The current Coordinator is Roll Higgenbottom, who resides in Hopton, but frequents Briggeton.
