Faerie Runners
The Faerie Runners is an organization of smugglers who transport goods secretly without orc oversight. They are somewhat anti-orc, although more motivated by profit, ranging from greedy business owners to small business owners seeking simpler methods and higher profit.
Structure
The Coordinator oversees and organizes, along with some help from his employees (Managers), who schedule routes and track shipments and orders, carried out by Shippers (if by sea) and Runners (if by land).

The culture ranges from matter-of-fact/strictly business to hometown support and lifelong loyalty

Maintain freedom of trade and transportation, avoid unnecessary taxes

Ships, harbors, naval routes; however, many Shippers and normal captains self-employed or part of an official guild
History
The Faerie Runners were established once the orcs took over and started monitoring trade. It initially included stronger anti-orc sentiment. Today, it is more profit-geared than political or rebellious.
