Crast Vancy
Captain Crest Vancy (a.k.a. Captain Fancy)
Crast Vancy is the mayor of Jetdrift. Originally from Minnet Hwell, Crast was one of Jetdrift's founding members, when he was younger and survived a shipwreck that helped form the town. Since then, Crast has stayed put on the village and has helped establish it as a legitimate village, helping build its infrastructure and amenities. However, a sailor and pirate through-and-through, he has kept it small and quiet, away from the eyes or official registration as a government entity, maintaining obscurity and clandestine usefulness of the town.
Crast has the appearance of a pirate captain, with long hair, big hat, fancy clothes, and a clean-shaved face. He is now in his fifties but does much to keep up his own appearance. Despite this, he is mostly reserved, although he can become vicious or animated given the circumstances. He is known and nicknamed as "Captain Fancy."
