Deepdocks
The Deepdocks is a group of docks and a few accompanying buildings which make up the area, which is not technically a town or settlement although a few humans do live in the buildings and help manage the docks, including shopkeep Hildred Lones. The area is not represented or recognized by Caivhan politics.
The Deepdocks are used mostly by human merchants who use the floating docks that jut out from the squiggly peninsula's deep waters. Merchants seeking access to Mossellia often ship to this port before making the difficult trek to the gnomish capital.
Demographics
Hildred Lones and her husband, two sons, and two hired workers. There is a guesthouse and the capability for a ship to dock, although it is risky due to the relative proximity to the coast and the rough nature of the deep water the docks jut out into.
Infrastructure
Docks maintained by Hildred Lones and her husband, sons, and workers, but built and funded by Faerie Runner support.
Guilds and Factions
Faerie Runners built the docks to avoid the checks at Caivh's main port at Trepsilton.

Geography
The squiggly peninsula is reminiscent of northern Trepsilton, and offers some protection from waves and currents, although the area is admittedly not ideal for docking, loading, and unloading of cargo.
