Flag Winewobble

Flag Winewobble is the mayor of Budham, although in some Meyjakhian councils, Budham is not represented or called-upon.  Flag, known as "Mr. Winewobble" among the halfling population, is an elderly halfling male with messy, brown-grey hair, a big nose, and wine-stained hands.  He is somewhat aloof.  His family, the Winewobbles, is famous for their wine, which is boasted as the strongest of Budham's wine in terms of alcohol content.
Flag has recently aligned with the Faerie Runners, who are able to export Budham's grape-related goods in exchange for occasional lodging, payment, and permission to use the Budham Bay.
