Giavolo Catorse is a human male who is the current mayor of Fluernsey, the capital of Arruck Hwell. Giavolo, who is well known by just his first name (or La Giavolo), is an acentric businessman with a moustache and boater hat and a powerful smile. Giavolo is widely popular on Arruck Hwell, but is somewhat shunned on the interhwell scene, which is fine by him and his "enjoy life" attitude and Arruck-centric, trade-fueled lifestyle.
