Governor Karan Ghalamkar

Governor Karan Ghalamkar is a human governor of Meyjakh Hwell. He is a Prandil human, bald and buff, tall, dark, and handsome, with a black beard. He rose from obscurity from his roots in Cannaton as a son to a shipman and artisan, and raised an impressive campaign which involved gaining local support across Thaet Hjemsteds, support from the dwarf King Horgen, and the people of Pyndan, Vallton, and his local Cannaton, despite his racial difference.
He is neither Meyjakhian, dwarvish, or elvish, but he is an impressive advocate for each of them. He is loyal, and can be fiery and fierce, but is typically calm and enduring.  He has a famous smile and bellowing laugh.
